Nestled in the Vouni Panagias–Ampelitis wine region, Vouni Panayia is a family-run winery dedicated to traditional, organic viticulture. Focusing exclusively on indigenous grape varieties, the winery produces a classic range of wines -- three whites, one rosé, and three reds -- while also experimenting with small-batch vintages each year. Guests can choose from three wine-tasting options, each accompanied by a plate of traditional goat cheese, with the option to order a platter featuring local artisanal products. For a more immersive experience, visitors can tour the vineyards with a tasting outdoors, or, when weather doesn’t permit, enjoy a cellar tasting featuring older vintages.
