After choosing your favorite mixture (candies, fresh fruit, chocolate, biscuit and anything else you like), this is placed on a cold plaque with cream. Ice cream is made in front of you and a spatula is used to remove the ingredients from the surface, to cut and extend the mixture in thin layers that freeze in less than a minute. These layers are removed from the plaque to form the ice cream rolls. The place has a few tables inside where you can sit to enjoy the creations and a relaxed yard outside.
