Housed in a stone-built mansion in central Limassol, Dionysus Mansion features an atmospheric dining room and a comfortable, leafy courtyard shaded by tall trees. Chef Dimitris Haidemenos presents a modern take on Cypriot cuisine, incorporating Greek touches and using select ingredients -many with protected designation of origin status- sourced from small local producers and trusted farms across the island.
Highlights include the distinctive handmade tahini (made with roasted sesame seeds and a hint of poppy seed), excellent ravioli stuffed with Grevena porcini mushrooms, graviera mousse, and truffle oil, as well as the delicious slow-cooked Cypriot pork shank aromatized with herbs and served with sweet potato purée, as well as the Pissouri farm lamb chops accompanied by spinach rice and sweet pumpkin cream.
The establishment offers a well-curated wine list with numerous options from Cypriot vineyards, alongside excellent, attentive service.
