On the site of Stavroula’s historic village-center coffee shop, her family has brought the colorful hydrangeas back to life as well as some of the delicious recipes of the past. Today, Stavroulla's Tavern serves souvlakia and meze on Friday and Saturday evenings, while a Sunday buffet (also available for large groups by booking in advance) showcases the breadth of traditional Cypriot cooking.

The kitchen emphasizes fresh, seasonal local produce, with special mention due to their house-made “Madari” cured meats—smoked, preservative-free specialties that reflect the area’s charcuterie heritage.
