Sannae is a sleek new spot that brings Latin America with a confident fusion twist to your plate. Under the kitchen’s direction by chef Caesar Sidorencu, the menu is simple and purposeful: starters, meat and fish mains, a handful of sides, and a strong robata section where charcoal grilling does the talking. Think sea bass, prawns, lamb, chicken, Iberico pork and steaks, all carrying that well known signature smoky edge.

The space is distinctly modern, tainted in warm terracotta tones that make the space feel inviting from the moment you walk in. The wine list leans into Latin American wines, and if you’d like to extend the night, the lounge bar Aresω is located right next door for cocktails and late-evening vibes.
