The owners of ‘Rous’, ancient Greek for ‘flow’ or ‘current’, not only strive to give its patrons an unforgettable dining experience, they aim to illustrate the origins of Cypriot cuisine through the dishes they create. You can opt for the tasting menu, where you will be provided with a booklet explaining the dish and how it came to be, a three-course menu and an a la carte menu.
