Every day, Lefteris Saparillas visits the local fish markets, sourcing only the finest catch for his renowned restaurant, Kingfisher. Here, you can indulge in the freshest fish of the day, featuring an array of large fish like grouper, sea bream, dentex, red mullet, turbot, and monkfish. Additionally, the menu boasts delights such as pastrami, tuna, salt-cured mackerel with skordalia, other dry-aged fish, and of course, the signature lobster pasta. The restaurant also offers a variety of raw fish dishes, including snapper tartare with crayfish caviar. To round off your meal, the dessert section proudly features traditional baklava.
