Well, vegans rejoice!  In a picturesque square in the center of Ineia village in the Paphos district you will find Linos, a vegan restaurant open only 3 days a week (Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays).  All their dishes are plant based and made using fresh local ingredients, staying true to the principles of veganism.  Guests can cozy up to the fireplace in the winter.  And in the summer it’s al fresco dining in their back courtyard where you can enjoy the fresh mountain breeze underneath a large shady tree.
