A lot of Italian food is made here, the first in Jamie Oliver’s chain in Cyprus by PHC. Large and cosmopolitan, with wood inside, open kitchen, a deli department, a bar, and well-trained staff. The menu that he created along with his mentor, Italian chef Gennaro Contaldo, offers dishes of authentic Italian cuisine, such as delicious fresh pasta, risotto, pizza, meat, seafood but also burgers, with a personal seal, excellent raw ingredients and interesting music.
